Café-Croissant will be on Saturday 4 October. We will be meeting at 9:30am at MÓN, 15 Middle Road, Havelock North.
This is a new venue for us. There is plenty of space to park in the former New World car park. It's a great opportunity for breakfast and chat in French, Frenglish or French. There will be a French speaking part of the table avec un petit drapeau français! RSVP to Barbara by Thursday 2 October and include whether you would like croissants. October's film
This month's film commemorates 110 years since WWI Christmas Truce. We start each Ciné-Club in the cinema entry foyer from 6:00pm. Focal Point will be selling $10 glasses of wine and providing complimentary bread and cheese. The film starts at 6:30pm and supper is available afterwards at Pipi's café (please note on your registration if interested) Tuesday 14 October, Focal Point Cinema, Havelock North. Take in the sea landscapes with Berets on Bikes coming up on 30 November from 1:00pm. This activity is limited to 30 people. There are several options: bike 15km or less, walk along the coast or just meet up at 3:00pm for the platters. $15 members; $25 non-members. Meet at 1:00pm at Clearview Estate Winery in the car park. The plan is bike ride and then meet up for platters and a drink at 3:00pm back at Clearview.
