This is notice that our Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will take place as follows;
6:00pm, Tuesday 24th March 2026
Hastings Library, 201 Eastbourne Street East, Hastings, 
We will also offer a simultaneous Zoom option (provided in next months news letter)

Key things in advance of the AGM

We are seeking at least one new committee member and Treasurer and would be delighted to receive nominations for interested members (refer to the above link or contact me if you wish to know more about what is involved).  

1. 2026 membership subscriptions are now due, only financial members can attend, please ensure your membership has been paid https://www.afhb.org.nz/membership--devenez-membre.html
2. There are no motions proposed by the committee
3. Members may request a motion be voted on by providing notice to the Secretary or Committee by latest 7th March 2026 (allowed by our constitution).

Vin d'honneur avec du fromage et du pain (wine, bread and cheese) will be served following the meeting.​
