Fête Nationale (quatorze juillet, Bastille Day) together at Valley d'Vine Restaurant, Linden Estate Winery in Eskdale Wednesday 14th July, started at 6:30pm. 3 courses with matching drinks is $75 per member & $90 per non-member. Let’s celebrate the French National day - Fête Nationale (quartorze juillet, Bastille Day) - together at Hawke’s Bay’s authentic French restaurant Poivre et Sel. Chef Samuel Goslin will prepare a traditional meal especially for us.

About: For the last five years the Association Française de Hawke's Bay has celebrated Bastille Day in Hawke's Bay.
Venues have included: St George's Winery, Speights Ale House, Creative Arts, 1024, Clive Hotel, The Factory and the Emporium. Venue: St Georges Restaurant in Havelock North
Francky Godinho chef and proprietor of St Georges prepared an authentic French menu for us we knew the food would be good. The food was organic and most of the vegetables are grown on site in their kitchen garden Date: Friday 13 July Time: 6:00pm - kir royal; 6:30pm seated for dinner There was a four course dinner and fabulous entertainment from musicians’ duo Sans Souci |

We have arranged for the room upstairs which has a lovely view over the inner fishing harbour in Napier. The Hawke's Bay French Association combined with Travelsmart Napier for the opening of La Belle France, a photographic exhibition by Greg Thompson. 5:00-7:00pm on Thursday 14 July and wine was supplied by Ngatarawa Wines and was booked out.
