A great way to spend the last Saturday of Autumn! French Quiz night (in English) Saturday 28 May, 7pm (7:15 start) Bowls Napier, 35 Herrick St, Napier $10 members ($15 non-members) Includes nibbles and some great prizes! June's Café-Croissant will be held at F.G. Smith Eatery(aka "Smiths") in Ahuriri on Saturday 4th June at 9:30am
This is a new venue and beautiful spot on a nice day. There is a varied menu at "Smiths", 9a Ossian Street, Ahuriri, Napier 4110 - view menu here. The coffee is excellent, the croissants are fresh out of the oven & everyone is welcome RSVP to Barbara by Friday 3 June and state whether you would like croissants. The French Film Festival Aotearoa is coming to both Event Cinema Havelock North and MTG Napier. Make sure when you book, by choosing the film on the website that you choose both the location and the venue. NB: You do have to select the venue i.e. MTG/Event or it will not work.
The Opening Night will be on Wednesday 22 June. Both of the venues will screen all the films at different times. Programmes are available at both cinemas an too. There will be a special price for Association Française(AF) members for all films apart from the Opening Night. Bon Festival!
